On behalf of a specialist leader in the construction industry, we are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join their growing team based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. As the primary point of contact for compliance, you will function as the bridge between internal operations and subcontractors to ensure all documentation meets legislative requirements. This role offers a flexible hybrid model, allowing you to work from home four days per week.
Sourcing and onboarding subcontractor companies while verifying and storing all required documentation.
Ensuring subcontractor employees complete necessary inductions and compliance checks prior to commencing work.
Managing the compliance inbox and responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
Reviewing subcontractor invoices and coordinating with internal teams to process payments.
Supporting workforce planning by identifying resourcing needs and coordinating with operations.
Direct reporting line to a Human Resources Manager who encourages open communication.
